...even if it does have kinda the same air to it as those “OMGHILARIOUS” stories that get pbumed around by email. You know the ones, like the big US battleship admiral telling a lighthouse to change their course to avoid collision. Hilarious, but ultimately not actually true.

But if this is an actual thing that actually happened to you, then it’s an awesome story.

Yup, 100% true. There was also a time when our Section Commander, Warrant Officer Oullette (pronounced like ‘wallet’... yeah) was getting a promotion, and of course, we all had to be there in formation to watch this. At one point, he asked the entire section of about 100 Marines to welcome his friend ‘male reproductive organ Jones’ with a hearty ‘OOHRAH!’. And all 100 of us, shouted: “OOHRAH, male reproductive organ!”.

Good times.
