I’m slowly building up a list of items to exclude across all alts. Books are unusual in having high cost and very low sale value (except by kyoubai) Like 50  for something which costs 500k.

Impossible, as there’s know criteria to determine which of them it is. Even Kyoubai lists all as ‘Equippables’

Could be eventually done if my script could access some list of all Pure-Equippables, updated whenever a new item appears.

The list of moar files won’t be changing for a while at least, so you could do it the other way around…
