1: Evil Trout comes up with a good idea
2: ET creates a buggy alpha testbed.
3: Episode 1, with decent plot and horrible gameplay goes live.
4: ET decides to censor logged out users in the name of PR
5: An elitist communtity of like-minded individuals is formed, with bumhurt and humor.
6: Episode 2, an extension of the first, is released.
7: Episode 3, featuring enhanced gameplay, lifts it to mediocrity. The game begins to need actual skills once again.
8: Epsiode 4 is designed with the help of a larger group of developers. FWZ becomes a full-scale RPG.
9: People that would not otherwise like FWZ join due to the enhanced mechanics, and the media covers the offensiveness that is FWZ.
10: With the new userbase, people complain about the content and ET tones it down a bit to adapt to the new audience.
11: Mods realize something is wrong but deal, as Banhammer says “The game’s pretty much PG-13 anyway..” (Ha! Hahaha!)
12: Trout gets the game rated by the ESRB. Half the game is redone.
13: The RP forum is removed; The wordfilter is force-applied to logged in users. This is the Beginning of the End.
14: Advertising is shifted from 4-Chan and ED to more general-purpose sources completely.
15: The old userbase leaves, leaving only mainstream users.
16: ET rakes in the cash.
17: ET sells out to Blizzard, and FWZ is blackholed into oblivion.
