Have you tried buying a pre-paid visa? They have them at most drug stores, but they might come with a loading fee, so bring extra money. You will then need to go to the pre-paid card companies website to register your information with the card. After doing that, go to the page to purchase brownie points, pick your package, click the paypal bumon, then just enter your Credit Card info on the left hand side and then hit “review order and continue.”
