You need to preferably have XP and not have RMXP installed on your computer.
This a single download version of my game, (meaning you don’t have to download RMXP first to play it) there is a small install process, but that is included in this download.

Let me know if it works. You just click the RTP installer and then the game icon. Also let me if you see the custom TBRC barrel icon or you still see the orange gear.
