You can always do negative reinforcement, ok most parents don’t want to do this. But it is one thing that works well if you do it every time and right away. Each time you see him doing something wrong or pervy, slap him hard and tell him he is being bad. Though it has to be done right away and every single time to work.

That or you could use one of the other ways.
