Is it neccessary to do get the 1000 IP’s in one go to get this E-peen, cause I did 300 + 700 and I ain’t seeing no E-peen. And when am I supposed to get it? As far as I know it should have appeared after roll-overs, but I see no Peen.

1000 should be enough. If you don’t have it, and it’s been rollover, bug report it.
