01-Lightly toast burger buns. 02-Place 1lb ground horse meat in large mixing bowl. 03-Cut an onion in half, reserve one half and chop other half finely. 04-Place chopped onion in mixing bowl with horse meat. 05-Slice other half of onion 06-Add half a cup of worcestershire sauce to mixing bowl. 07-Knead and mix meat, onions, and sauce 08-Form medium thickness patties out of horse meat mixture & cook. 09-Saute onion slice with mushrooms 10-Place patties on bun, top with onion slices & mushrooms, add ketchup/mayonnaise/steak sauce as desired. 11-EAT A PONY HAHAHAHAHA He who argues with morons might take care, lest he thereby become a moron.
