me,well i don’t usually cut my wrist (i only do it when im in a seriously black mood).....you can put on some music n go for a walk or draw something or write a poeem…. usually i just grab my guitar and let all my emotions flow through the songs i play….

Must really help alot to have skills like being able to draw and play the guitar, your so lucky.
