Same argument as forumwarz rules: you can’t choose to punish people for stuff that isn’t a rule.

the website wasn’t doing anything technically illegal in sweden. That’s why they were so popular and outspoken.

They deserved what they got but they didn’t deserve to get it by such bad prosecution and speicifcally for the website (not illegal) and not the tracker (closer to illegal).
