Oh I thought you meant to tie them down. Use plastic tarp, like, **** that apartment. Torch it, slice some wires or put a wad of paper in the toaster oven. For the next one get a basement and get a **** load of tarp, some nylon rope for the wrists, and like some bunk beds. Shave their wrists to avoid hurting them, you could easily get like 5 down there at a time. Problem is the ****ing ****s trow ****, so unsanitary.
