I’m guessing 1-2 hours. It’ll be a minimum of 1 hour because that’s how long it’ll take the DNS to redirect.

I should say that in the past my guesses have been hugely off.

But this time I did much more of the preparation in advance. In fact the site is already running smoothly on the new servers, it’s just got an older version of the database. So all I have to do is dump the current database into it, point the IP address at it and we should be good to go.
