I’m in agreement with Zagerblag, the double down should count as a separate bet from the initial one. The whole point of antifreeze scoops is that you’re performing actions which have a detrimental outcome, most commonly betting 10 or 25k on blackjack. If one appropriately sized bet is sufficient for half a scoop, then making that same bet again should also be sufficient for another half a scoop.
On the subject of 10k vs 25k bets, the 25k should reward whole scoops. My thinking is similar to above, if 10k is sufficient for half a scoop, then 20k should be sufficient for a whole scoop where the extra 5k is a convenience tax for making the gamble-bot routine half as long.
