Somewhere Over the Rainbow has at least a full octave range, was sung originally by a loli, and is a favorite of drag queens. That could work.

Hopefully for the 2nd round we can get some better guidelines on if recording-studio tracks and other non-live, non-contemporary entries will be allowed.
