Yes, to a level 35. But once you have a higher amount of referrals you’ll get more.

Oh and I agree with proving the accounts are active to make sure there are no illegal alts. Maybe by reaching level 4 without cheats and/or referring someone else?

GREAT idea. Required activity for a certain period of time is certainly a deterrent to multis. How about the flezz is proportional to level?
