I think it’ll be fine if the delay for buyout is reduced to 30 mins. That should be enough.

You’re all over the place I don’t understand you. I think if there is a max bid above or equal to the buyout price, the buyout option should simply disappear. Of course the bidder doesn’t get the item immediately, auction proceeds as normal.
