Umm if you had played bioshock you would know she is holding one of the ADAM injection guns the girls in the game carry. Also in the game the girls bumociate with the big daddys for protection and companionship. The image contains no sexual nature whatsoever, the lolicon google icon was a joke to **** with all those people who rip on my for my NO SRSLY threads on loli.

Given the uproar I would say it is a well executed troll, but to say that image is sexual is to say that you think of little girls sexually. There is nothing offensive in that image whatsoever, just a bunch of little girls playing with a guy in an old style diving suit.
