I don’t want anyone to get bumhurt about this, but I specifically stated that this contest was created so someone who doesn’t have Ep2 could get Ep2. I quoted for toxx and I can’t go back on it. Sorry.

I’m sorry, but you’re wrong. The game lets you play the beginning of episode 2 without actually buying it, and this includes getting the attorney e-peen. After the court, where you get the e-peen, the FBO members come talk to you and invite you to a special mission. In THIS part the game tells you that you need to buy ep. 2 to advance.

Some epeen can be gotten only in ep.2, but attorney ISN’T one of them.
