I don’t bother pushing my sexiness above 1000 (I just use item bonuses and don’t waste upgrades) and have never run out.

To be honest, I abandoned the healing tree in favor of more offense. The more you hit, the quicker you own, the less damage you take.

item bonuses: i hope u mean equipment?
