Great news! While digging out private bedrooms we struck a vein of hematite!

We won’t even have to venture outside to get iron ore. Unfortunately it is of limited use to us now due to our lack of an anvil. I’m more determined than ever now to produce enough trade goods to get ourselves an anvil. Why we have to trade for it is beyond me, since we are here to do dangerous work for the king. I’ll make a decent attempt to make a real trade for it, but if we come up short when the caravan comes I’m most likely going to steal it if I have to.
