Because IF they’re going to influence CZ to add clbumes as part of Ep3, the clbumes had better be designed before Ep3’s about to be released, or it’ll be too late.

And who knows if there’ll be new clbumes added before Ep3? Or ever? CZ is notoriously tight-lipped about that kind of thing.
