Based on player level, forum level and speedrun time I think. This is very clear when you’re at lower levels but when you reach level 35 there seems to be a cap.

I’m not sure that speed run times play that much of a role in what gets the max, but right now for me the only forums that have the 18,500’s are the level 35 forums Cosplay Central and The Extremely Specific Fetish Emporium.

Guess I’ll have to pay more attention to the amounts the jobs pays to know for sure.
