Yes, but I was younger and less discerning then.
Besides, I never said that the comic was good, I was just saying that round about the time the comic still existed was when he came to my attention.
So however bad the comic was, I was following him for longer than the normal fan, and are, as such (by bizarre internet logic), better than the other fans.
