If something can affect our current world, it MUST operate within it. Not in its entirety, but there must be some overlap so effects can be seen. Our world operates under our laws, therefore the presence of God within our world must show some effects.

Something operating outside of the universe could change things within it so that it had always been that way. they could change things from the ground up so nobody could ever know. how do you propose this would leave a remnant?
