Junk Sales:

BS+(BS*(F*.035)), Up to a max of 10 Frugality (135% BS), then the increase stops. So a Venus sells at Log in to see images!40,500 at lvl 10.

Shopping Discount:

BB-(BB*(F*.0065), Up to a maximum of 35% discount (right in between lvl 53 & lvl 54). A Star-in-sparrow Tattoo has a base sale of Log in to see images!624,000

BS=Base sale price (what the Ppwn Shoppe would give you for it at 0 Frugality)

BB=Base Buy Price (What Drugs ‘R Fun, Infections, etc. would sell at with 0 Frugality)

F=Frugality stat (duh)

The Cap is at 100 F, but unless F has any further use in the game, I just wasted 46 UP proving it.
