Buy cheap, get cheap. Bought a uber-cheap PS/2-to-USB keyboard/mouse adapter on eBay a while back, I think it was 99 cents or some ****, and I bundled shipping with a few other more expensive things.

It’s come in handy, that’s for sure (I’m using it now to connect my laptop to the desk), but one thing bugs the **** out of me to this day: random ****ing mouse clicks. It’s no fault of the mouse or KVM switch I use either, it’s purely fault of the adapter’s ****ty COB (chip-on-board – if I remember correctly) design. As I move the mouse around, sometimes it just fires off a random click of one of the three bumons (L, R, or wheel).

Needless to say this has affected my game somewhat. Suddenly out of nowhere, another tab pops up with the forum battle in it. This is how I learned that clicking “OK” on the “you will lose!” message only applies if you actually go back to your character page. I was, thankfully, able to continue in the current forum. It middle-clicked (opened in a new tab) one of the attack bumons. *facepalm*

But the keyboard part of it works great, and considering as though my laptop only has one USB 1.1 port, it’s a lifesaver. Yeah, I’ve played almost all of Forumwarz up to this point on an 866MHz Pentium III-M laptop. Recycle! Log in to see images!
