This sounds more like a use of brownie points for me. Maybe 1 brownie point buys you a 20-25 point attack, 2 points buys you 40-45, and 3 points buys you 60-65. Then you could bumign a name, text/pic, and a picture.

Since the brownie point stuff, aside from custom titles and avatars, are largely intended as “cheats”, it’s pretty much fair for people to have access to “Threaten to Contact the Authorities” in this way, while serving as a template for custom attacks.

Well not really, you can also use your brownie points to get more characters, which is what I did, and buying your own custom ability would kind of suck, since that would remove you from the domination aspect of the game.
