So Tom’s talking to his boss. Tom brags to his boss that he knows everyone in the world. His boss thinks Tom has finally told too tall of a tale and asks him if he knows Arnold Schwarzenagger. He goes to his house, and they have a nice lunch with Tom and his boss. Though astonished, his boss is still not convinced. He asks Tom if he has met the president. They go to the White House and have a nice chat about the current state of affairs and politics. His boss thinks surely Tom has been paying these people, so he tries to pick someone he thinks would be honest. So, he asks Tom if he knows the Pope. Tom and his boss visit the Vatican, and they talk to the Pope there. Tom goes with the Pope alone to the balcony, and suddenly he sees his boss fall down in a heart attack. Tom rushes him to the hospital. All of the doctors there say hello to Tom, and they revive his boss from the heart attack. Tom asks his boss what made the heart attack happen. His boss says ”I heard someone say, ‘Who’s that on the balcony with Tom?’”
