There is a limiting factor – since attack cards are a quarter the price, there may not actually be any cards to steal (unless you happen to be in a bracket with klan raiders Log in to see images!
I think it should be possible to keep even the top bracket free of scoops if the nonraiders concentrate on destruction. Log in to see images!
