Um, it wasn’t meant to be funny at the beginning at all. Save for the crack whore thing, but that was just a little something I threw in for laughs. You know, like adding a little humour to the story? I figured it wouldn’t really pull attention away from the rest of the story simply because it’s pretty normal to add a joke or two even to a horror. Plus, really, the whole thing was a giant parody…it was all meant to be hilarious, actually, especially toward the end.

And as for it being scary then weird…aren’t those things closely related? I thought it was fairly consistent, even if very random in the choices I made for which direction the story took.
