If you hire someone to do it, it’s harder to trace back to you, then if you do it yourself and leave any traces of yourself behind accidentally.

Yeah, but then I (or whoever, you know), can’t be sure that someone will leave something that will trace back to him or her, then roll over and turn evidence on my to save him or herself. You have to have control over the thing, I think.
