Apparently you disregarded our mention that anything different about Biff has nothing to do with us; earlier, you acknowledged that he was unchanged.

Additionally, we would like to speak with you further about a message that we have a copy of; this message was apparently intercepted between you and Ms. Kali. In this message, someone purporting to be you stated that Biff had been killed.

While clearly Biff lives . . . and that is certainly not through any interference on our part, and he remains untampered with, and we are, of course, legitimate government agents (please don’t pay any attention to that Eirairaianna girl, she knows nothing) who would do nothing outside the bounds of propriety . . . we would still like to know more about this message and how it relates to other . . . matters that we are interested in.
