Take a nice sharp knife, put it length wise to the male reproductive organ, so the blade is running parallel with it. Now turn it 180°, and thrust forward with all your might. You will feel discomfort at this stage, but that’s normal. Now proceed to drag the handle sideways, there may be even more discomfort at this stage or your vision my blackout.
