Plus I can’t record anything from webcam using their bumon and anything else I upload doesn’t get rendered or processed.

YouTube is Google’s closest bumet to a social networking site, and many of the changes implemented in the last two years have been aimed at maximizing this appeal. With enough traffic, even a moronic PPV service will get buyers, CrunchyRoll being a spectacularly awful example.

Like many of the “manias” of the past few years, I don’t think people will care much at all unless Google really steps over the line. Even then, I’m not sure if complaining will be effective (it hasn’t thus far). I’ve been expecting the Gmail space quota to be cut for nearly three years now.
