Prioritise getting 4 Beastor cables (or the 50TB hard drive would be a slightly cheaper alternative that only loses points in luck), and a Pink Floyd. Or any music file for that matter. Or indeed anything that improves your stats by a fair bit…

The real problem here is that you have, for all intents and purposes, no money. First you get the money, then you get the equipment, then you get the pwnage.

So make use of the job board or run all your visits on the highest level forum you can manage (then jack your luck/charisma up as much as you can for rollover), sell any completed moar files you’ve got that you don’t need, whatever you can find to make some flezz, it’ll help.

I’m never sure exactly how much it made but when I was lower levelled I bought up the junk auctions for below the ppwn shoppe selling price and made a profit that way… considering the value of some of the junk items, that could double your flezz in a few auctions (if you buy the right ones for the right price)... and if there are still people obligingly selling their junk on kyoubai for no apparent reason.

Ideal items are as suggested by Physics, but as noted that is fairly unreasonable, and frankly unnecessary. Several extra million for one or two extra stat points are only worth it if you are looking to overrun everything.

You are missing items in your Special Items and Video Files slots. These slots leave zeros where anything would be an improvement.

Did you win your auction for the Ripro? That is not a bad choice at all, it is the best vid file for hackers.

Next would be to save for a Master Ball which are currently on Kyoubai for under 500k (ignore those suggesting the Fairy in a Bottle, that is a silly suggestion.)

My hacker has 270 Proc. Power and is doing fine at the beginning of Ep3.

That changes fast though, your new attacks need tons of Proc. power so one might need to compromise in the beginning.
