Ugh,
Honestly, doing this thing once was pretty fun.
But with mbumive vanilla runs, forumbuildr influx, and blackjack idling, I see my interest in domination mutating from neat game to onerous time sink.
Anyways, those are some nice numbers, Flamers. |

Flamers of Loathing: Taking things to their logical conclusion since 2008.
Hey, what if we got everybody (or anybody who’s anybody, anyways) to join one big klan? Then we’d all get vanilla scoops all the time. That’d be… great?
Also, since FoL is such a big klan, this means that every team is likely to have multiple FoLers in it. Which means that FoLers are not guaranteed any trophiez. But it also means that non-FoLers are completely screwed. Unless WEGOTLAID has something planned for tomorrow night.
ALSO: RE: MINS. No, you can’t go for mins. LOL. You can buy all the scoops you want by trading in your vanillas. So! Max & Favorite (vanilla) goes to somebody in FoL. Min goes to a different somebody in FoL. At least, that’s the way I figure it. Unless another clan gets together and either gets more vanilla scoops, or a whole lot of bumhole cards. Yes, that’s right, get the bumhole cards… I dare you…
Still, while it’s possible to trade, some people may just want to feel nice and cozy in their mountain of vanilla, even if it isn’t the biggest mountain. So go for mins and have fun. |

Furthermore,
Last night, my clan executed a Vanilla run, which we spent most of a week planning. 177 Vanilla, all told. If that’s not game-breaking, it’s close.
I am sure we seriously taxed the server with constant refreshing of the user generated forum info pages. Vanilla, in it’s current incarnation, invites that server-hammering style of gameplay.
To be competitive in domination, a player needs to join a mbumive clan. Resulting in fewer clan choices for domination players.
If this is how Vanilla is intended to work, well, I see why scoops earned in this fashion are the plainest of flavors. |
