Because it’s fun to compete against other users (scoop standings, trophies, card screwage) and because medals may lead to E-Peen if you are in the top ranks?

If you don’t like to compete, you don’t like screwing other players, you don’t like strategy games and you don’t like E-Peen then Domination is not for you.
