Serious question about the luck system

I had this idea that I could buy 3 polka dot boxes and skyrocket my luck, giving me 10 each. But my junk wasn’t that great, it was 20k then 30k then like 11k?? then I removed them and tried it like that one tick, and I got 50k in junk. Is it just purely random?

One of the most important factors of deliveries is variety. If you pwn 4 unique level 20~25 forums you will get 4 items of good value, but if you pwn one level 30 forum 4 times you will only get one great item. |
