3 pieces of pink floyd and 1 piece of riprogrammatori missing…why must they elude me further

Getting that last piece is going to be such a pain. It’s too bad that luck doesn’t improve your chances of getting a NEEDED piece.

47/50 here. The last runs didn’t even get me a file I already have

46/50 for 3 days now. I believe we’re seeing a trend here guys.

I got three or four new pieces yesterday (running 12 visits), so I think it’s just luck of the draw.

I sat at 47/50 for three or four days… finally got up to 48 the day before yesterday.

I’m still missing pieces 2 and 13 and it’s driving me insane!

Absolutely! Maybe they make a peen for completing it before the trading system starts, I put so many visits into it, but those files just won’t drop. Hate!

What’s your luck? Mine’s 42. I ask because if yours is close, that might let us determine conclusively if pieces have rarities or not.

Oh, and I got 3 more of the ones I was missing on my 4 runs today, plus a whole LOT of duplicates (including one of the ones I was missing before starting today). Down to needing only 9 and 11. So I think the RNG is having fun.

I actually dropped my luck down to 28 (as low as I could go without screwing other stats) since it seemed like people were getting more drops that way. It was after I dropped my luck that I got the one more piece, but I honestly can’t say it made any difference in how often I’m seeing them drop. Prior to the drop, I think it was around 35 or so.

I’m guessing 9 and 11 are relatively rare (bumuming such a concept exists)... along with 35. Those are the only pieces I only have one of… everything else I have MbumIVE multiples.

You have a 2% chance of getting any given piece. The first piece you get, by it’s very nature, would be unique. The next piece would have a 2% chance to be a repeat.

IIRC, you have to find an average of 100/RemainingPieces pieces found in order to get a new piece, so it should take an average of 225 pieces found in order to complete the file.

I’ve gone ahead and created a spreadsheet, so if you want to know about how many new pieces it’ll take to complete the file then just ask here.

Also, if anybody can tell me what the drop rate is for the file in HOFF then I’ll also be able to tell you the average number of visits it’ll take, too.
