When do I meet him/her in Episode 2? I looked at the walkthrough in the wiki, but is doesn’t mention anything about W.I.M.

If I remember correctly, it pops up right after powning the pentagone. be sure to check out the answers u need to get the LOLCat |

If I remember correctly, he doesn’t unlock until after you defeat the Pentagon and/or the clbum forums.
