He’s too ****ing “super” (moar liek “thuper”, aminotrong?). Perfectly chieseled, perfectly coiffed (if you like that hairstyle), and nothing really can affect him save being woman's genitalswhipped (what guy, even gay ones, isn’t?) or strange rocks from his homeworld (which he should really get a superfriend to ****ing blow up by now). There’s just not much personable about him, nothing really interesting, since he’s just the ultimate, and thus everything and nothing special all at the same time.

Superman is lame because nothing ever hurts him, he feels no pain, no loss, nothing gets to him… which is why the worst thing someone can do isn’t some lame-bum kryptonite delivery system, but to threaten his untouchable normalcy. Superman is unscarred. That’s what makes him lame. Batman… Batman is so ****ing functionally emo that it’s amazing… That’s why Batman’s better. Because he acknowledges his pain and still ****ing gets up everyday and confronts problems bigger than himself, even though he’s not whole. Batman is the best we could ever be, Superman is unattainable. |
