The spamming is annoying as hell, but it’s kind of the point of the forum. If there’s no rules against nsf images, you can’t expect to come here while at work and be safe. An ignore feature is pointless for a trolling forum, but maybe some stricter rules about nsf content and excessive spamming would be in order.

Careful there, Laguna. In GD, at least two people consider that trolling. Avoid this kinda stuff here, yah?

no offense but mods shouldnt be allowed to use the ignore system, should it be implemented.

but yeah, I’d really dig it. there are some posters that just never say anything new. i’d keep people like hobo and sg uningnored, while ignoring the rest of klan **** you.

Well, while we shouldn’t, there are still times when I think I’d turn it on. For example, shortly after Ep 2 comes out, if Flamebate isn’t split into RP/non-RP section, and someone (we all know who) decides to start spamming the “most recent active”, it would be very, very good to be able to respond to people who actually need help. And find them easily.

Of course I’d turn it back on regularly, because the same people who make me want it are the same ones I’d have to look at regularly.

but honestly this is the general role playing forums where anything ****ing goes!!!!

Well, “ignore this user” should be an option in every online community everywhere, and if the powers that be can leverage this feature into a means to make money/keep the game solvent, more power to them. I heartily endorse this idea.

Ignoring should be a feature in any community where there aren’t enough admins to promptly address harbumment.
