I just made this little greasemonkey script for myself, so I thought I’d upload it for other people to use as well. Saves time spent counting threads manually. Of course, you probably won’t care how many threads are present in Denture Chat or Paranoid Panorama; I’ll let you add any exclusions for yourself. (Or modify the inclusions.)

How it works: Changes the header for the thread names, where it says “Title” to “Title (6 threads)” where 6 is the correct number.

I don’t know programming a lot, and I’ll understand if that’s not possible, but I think it would help a lot on solo vanilla.

I modified it as you said, don’t really know JS so i was doing the trail and error. Problem i have now it you have the refresh and the back bumon but no bumon for actually entering the forum itself which seems like a bumload.

Also added www.forumwarz.com to the include. (I made this mistake myself a while ago.) So here is the temp file if anyone wants it.

Got the original version before you edited and that worked except for my Re-Res. Echuu’s version throws me out of forums when I select cancel and also refreshing forums doesn’t reset thread counts anyway.

For the new version it should show up at Title, the header of the column with thread titles.

Alright, just made an alert version that’s fixed for re-re’s. Second link in the OP. (It still changes the “Title” header in case you need it.)

Your @includes need another option. Depending on where it was originally linked from, some people will have the site bookmarked as www.forumwarz.com and the script wouldn’t execute then…

Also the @include in Echuus script has the url duplicated on the same line, which prevents it from executing on my machine.

Something Lawful and Dolphin Love were reporting as 9 threads when I did solo vanilla today, but they’re always at 10 threads.
