I play with myself. So should you. :DI hardly play single-player games. I don’t know why. The fact that most single-player games are just one narrow alley, guiding you to the goal doesn’t appeal to me. But anyhow, I guess Fallout 3 would be the winner here or Super Mario Galaxy.
Reasons: Transformation between Fallout 2 to Fallout 3 was amazing. In addition, the fact that Fallout 3 also became a console game appealed to so much more. With its Oblivion-like aspect and RPG/FPS mix, one of the best games of 2008.
Super Mario Galaxy, obviously, needs no explanation. It’s a Mario game and a stable title, so it obviously sells well. However, the fact that it is not the normal side-scrolling jumper, but takes on a new PR by incorporating new worlds and defying gravity is a unique experience. In addition, the graphics are pretty amazing considering the hardware of the Wii.
A worthy mention goes to Fable 2 and Mirror’s Edge. Both are great games, except short on length. (view post) |

Possible BUG? Got money back, still high bid, no reserve. So, I learned my first lesson that there is actually a ‘reserve’ if seller chooses on the Kyoubai auction. However, I just won one today: http://forumwarz.com/auctions/show/28611
After winning the bid, this is what I got in my history:
BidSquid sent you Log in to see images! 8:06AM
I was still the highest bidder when the auction ended though. (view post) |

Basically, once you bet your chances to actually win drop drasticallyYeah, pretty much. Just snipe. The best thing to do is:
If someone bids on an item, then bid more than the minimum and it will automatically bid to your high if someone tries to cut you. (view post) |

Wii are Hardcore? Can you proves it?Although there are ‘some’ hardcore-like games on the Wii, the direction of the Wii itself is not made for a hardcore audience. It is obviously made for a casual audience, with their commercials and internet marketing revealing so. The Wii is the best-selling console at the moment due to its appeal for parents and kids. Parents can interract with their kids with the Nintendo Wii Console, since a lot of the games are lower-aged games.
For a more hardcore mature audience, the Xbox360 and PS3 is the alternative, obviously. But, I won’t go more into depth with that. Yes, there are some Mature games for the Wii, but the Wii itself isn’t meant to have hardcore games like Left 4 Dead, Fallout 3, and the others.
If you’re a console gamer, and all you own is a Wii, it’s time to upgrade to something else and get into real console gaming. Super Mario Galaxy only lasts like 5 hours. (view post) |

Recomment me a good movieStranger Than Fiction
It is starred by Will Ferrell. Basically, the main storyline is that there is this female author who is currently writing a fiction-based book, but it turns out that Will Ferrell (main character) is actually the main character of her book. So, the author is writing the book at the same time Will Ferrell is living. In every one of the author’s books, the character ends up dying. So, Will Ferrell is like “wtf is going on?”
It’s some good ****. I recommend it to anyone who hasn’t seen it before. (view post) |

STEAM SALEEEEEEEEEEEEEETo be honest, I don’t know why people buy games from Steam. They’re horribly overpriced, even on a sale. If anything, I usually go on Keyhunt and buy steam keys from there, because users sell them for a lot cheaper.
For example:
Steam itself sells their copy of L4D for say, $40. User on Keyhunt sells either L4D account or L4D Key for like $15.
It’s not actually $15, but you get the point. (view post) |

Gamers help? (fallout 3)I think one of the main reasons you’re getting some type of “motion sickness” is due to the graphic quality of the game. I am bumuming you got Fallout 3 for the PC, and if you were able to play it on the PC, then your graphics card must be pretty good.
Being a console gamer and having Fallout 3 for the Xbox 360, the graphics are pretty sharp and clean. Personally, my eyes start to hurt if graphics on a TV or a Monitor are ultra sharp because I don’t really know what to look at, it’s all shining at my eyes. Also, I’m not sure if Fallout 3 has this since it’s been awhile, but it may have some sort of debris effect (random debris falling from the sky). This might add to your “motion sickness”.
All in all, you should probably get used to it, and if it’s from your PC, then I’d sit farther back. Like I said, being a console gamer, even though the graphics are very slick, I’m still like 2-3 feet away from the TV so you can take it all in.
Thus, simple sentence should sum this all up:
Fallout 3’s graphics are too damn good; this is why your eyes are hurting. (view post) |

KoL - awesome web gameKoL is a very unique experience and one of the best Browser Games to boot. However, once you beat the storyline, there’s really nothing that holds you. Of course, you are free to replay the game over and over again by hitting ‘prestige’ for lack of a better term. But, of course, that gets boring. The community itself in KoL, especially the chat, is really fun to talk to and its very active.
KoL is definitely worth trying out because it also holds numerous references to real life events/objects and the community itself holds a funny/mature aspect; if you’re ever tired of the constant OMGWTFBBQ type comments on ForumWarz. Fun game. (view post) |

kyoubai issues, put em here or listen to mine hehI encountered a slight problem today.
http://www.forumwarz.com/auctions/show/21204
During the afternoon I purchased “more random keystrokes.dtbs” from Tresxae via the Kyoubai Auction. As you can see from the above URL, I definitely won the auction. However, it’s been at least five hours and I still haven’t received it.
I have checked Tubmail, and I haven’t received it at all as I have not gotten a message. I have also checked my Inventory and it is not there. Someone said that winning items should be instant, but like I said, it’s been at least five hours.
I don’t believe I’m doing anything wrong, but any suggestions will be nice. I’m in need of the +7LUK dtbs file. (view post) |
