While custom titles are necessarily good, an e-peen is permanent. After all, permanent and temporary are two different things.

You could change anyone’s custom title anyway.

McCain certainly has points on this one, as said. Though the item must certainly be special, one that has more bonuses than the e-peen. Then again peen whores like to acgreat timesulate, and since a unique item is -singular-, while the e-peen is -great timesulative-, everyone gets the idea.
