It's Live Tonight - Forumwarz: The RebalancingCongratulations, Evil Trout! You just made the most common mistake in MMORPGs: the Over-Nerf!
I played through the Nuclear Plant forum with my level 10 Emo Kid and Camwhore, and the Camwhore is significantly more powerful than the Emo now. One major problem is that you quadruple-nerfed Emo Kid’s damage:
-increased Tears cost -reduced base damage of attack -reduced Low Ego bonus damage -reduced bonus damage from Offense because the new formula punishes Emo Kids for having low base attacks
I have 17 Offense, and my most powerful Emo attack cannot break the 100 damage mark unless I have less than 10% of my life left. On the other hand, my Camwhore’s most powerful attack does +130 damage, thanks to the new Offense formula. (view post) |

general suggestions thread!Here’s a suggestion for a future chapter: Vidyagame Warz
Most major videogame forums are awful, mainly because of all the retards who religiously attack console systems that they don’t own. For example, Somethingawful actually had to create a forum specifically for console warriors, in order to keep their bull**** out of the main Games forum. Why not try to emulate this silliness on ForumWarz? At the start of the videogame episode, the user can choose between three console warrior factions that parody the existing fanbase:
-The Nakama Buddies (Nintendo). These guys are characterized by their love of puppies and colorful children’s games. They’re terrified of sex and violence.
-The Thrax Boys (Microsoft). These guys only play macho games like sports games and violent shooting games. They hate bright colors and anything Japanese.
-The Shiba Samurais (Sony). These guys worship Japan and love japanese roleplaying games with effeminate male characters. They’re also really rich, because only rich people can afford the Shiba Gamestallion. They hate America and big muscles.
At the conclusion of the episode, your faction will reward you with a game console that can be equipped in the computer slot. (view post) |
