"Track the Hacker", or, My e-nose must be broken. After what must be years, I’m back to try finishing up the Forumwarz story. I have four missions left: ”Final Boss of the Internet”, “Kill the Noise”, “What the **** Was That?”, and “Track the Hacker”. Just now, I dominated all the level sub-10 forums (not community forums, though), but still no sign of this “old bumociate of [Shallow Esophagus].”With the least amount of detail, what do I need to do to trigger this hacker’s appearance? Toolbar Extension in Internet ExplorerNo so much that I love IE, but that when Opera 9 couldn’t run Forumwarz, I just went to Windows’s default; since that ran it, I stuck with it. Right now I’m on Opera (woot), where the “keyboard shortcuts” I use are for avoiding “Next” bumons or backspacing. What I’mma guess were mouse gestures were just ****ing me up any time I tried moving my mouse (not sure if it was the mouse’s fault or not; been a while since I switched to touchpadding that I don’t remember if turning those off did anything to stop intense, random pagescrolling). Also, space bumon for combo PGDN & forward, and tabs I move through with the cursor (even if I learned what the shortcut for that was, I’d still prolly default to clicking, since my tabs can be so subjectively disconnected from each other that I’d just aim myself manually among them).
...or something. (view post) |

Toolbar Extension in Internet ExplorerCarlieGotfingered Posted: The majority of a minority, I suppose. Anyway, tot’ly Log in to see images!ed, so for now, crisis averted. I may use FireFox eventually, but I only see myself using it is the other two get to a point of aggravation in what I use them for (side question: can you navigate FireFox by using the Ctrl+left arrow/right arrow keys? ****in’ love that, and it always trips me up when I try doing it in IE).

Toolbar Extension in Internet ExplorerVageena Davis Posted: Yeah. Opera’s my main, and I was all liek “whoa” when I saw Forumwarz come up at all after logging in. However, did find that cutscenes don’t work in it, but eh, progress? Opera 10 deifnitely has some thing to work out about itself (the File/Edit/etc. bar visually disappears after using fullscreen in the session, anything Flash-based can streak when scrolling, not to mention the hbumle of setting up the toolbars (when bumons are in use, sometimes they’ll—visually or more, I’unno—change to other bumons and/or more bumons will pop up), especially if you’re upgrading and thus get doubles of things…Log in to see images!, though.
Hm, set it up in FireFox, then switch back over. I’ll give that a try. I WILL NOT SUCgreat timesB TO YOUR MAJORITY!! *waves some flag of some rebels or anothers* (view post) |

Toolbar Extension in Internet ExplorerWhat all sites do you guys go to to require whatever FireFox offers? As for why I use IE, it’s what I’m acclimated to. I think I used FF for a while at some point, until whatever made me leave Opera or IE became moot (I think one back-&-forth was final-straw’d by by mbumive amounts of bookmarks, maybe because of which browser had which ones at the time). FF just feels foreign to me (and I haven’t figured how to bugger its settings to dump all cookies except FWZ, and I’m too much of a lazy bum to login and chose character each time).
So, um, civil response GOT? (view post) |

Toolbar Extension in Internet ExplorerBecause **** your FurryFox, I use IE for Forumwarz *goes to check Opera 10* Well, whaddaya know?
STILL, how the eff do you get your well-earned ORINJ toolbar extension to wark in IE? All that happens is a couple redirect warnings and then the option to download a file that Windows/IE doesn’t recognize.
Trout, if you charge people for a gameplay feature, it needs to work no matter what they’re using. If IE can run Forumwarz, then please get it to run ALL of Forumwarz, eh? (view post) |

ITT: Furry SexDunatis Posted: Read it as “rifle”, yet am too ****ing sick to’ve bumociated the word with shooting furries, but more as an object of sexual stimulation.
...and in typing the above, thought about the anthropomorphization/personification of rifles. Due to my time on the Internet, I have seen something similar, though it was not full-body nor sexually oriented.
If anyone is interested, I know of an image of two fighter jets copulating. No fur, I promise. Instant derailing. Sure. Cool. Whatevz.

Official Forumwarz Orange(TM) DiscussionA longer toolbar should probably be free. When you change the way the game works, you should compensate the players’ way to work the game. The paid toolbar extension should, however, be replaced (compensated, if you will) with paid toolbar setups (about three or four), so power players can one-click into any 1-2-1-2-1-2 they need ATM. That, and equipment sets, since it’s enough of a pain in the bum to figure which of your .moars are the best of their purposes, let alone switching to and from day-in and day-out.
Also, as part of the “lulz, we chaeng gehm”, sort the attacks in-battle first by type, then by power (from there, it would be easy enough to determine cooldown optimization). Figgits. (view post) |
