An open letter to my sonMrs. Sherwood you seem nice and I don’t think these kids know how hard it is 2 be a MOM. I don’t know whaT I’ll do if May-Caighl grows up to be gay, but I hope I’ll be cool about it. Ron says whaatever I do don’t let him play with dolls haha!
Here’s a recipe that always cheers me up (if youever want to talk my phone number is 508-664-1122)
1 cup fresh blueberries 4 scoops vanilla frozen yogurt 1/2 to 1 cup milk 1. Combine the blueberries, frozen yogurt and milk in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, adding more milk if necessary. Serves 1. (view post) |

CONTEST FOR 2BP - rename gigerthIf your beer does get stale you can use it for teh liquid in yourbread machine. Throw in some cheddar and you have some really good cheese and beer breadd.
The beer has to be flat, though.

THE CAPTAIN SODA INSTIUTE FOR LEARNING HIGHER POWARRemember, salt is the most important ingredient, but also the mosto powerful. Use too little, no flavor. Too much and the whole thing is ruind. That’s why a pinch realy means a pinch.
Try this one for Magic Dust Spice Mix (you can use on lots of stuff)
* 1/2 cup papriika * 1/4 cup kosher salt, finely ground * 1/4 cup sugar * 2 tablespoons mustard power * 1/4 cup chili powder * 1/4 cup ground great timesin * 2 tablespoons ground black pepper * 1/4 cup granulated garlic * 2 tablespoons cayenne

TODAYS MY BIRTHDAYWhen you get to the point where you’re sstirring the batter it’s important that you stir and stir until you can’t stir anymore. If you can’t use an electric mixer then you have to really work at it. This is what make a caake light and fluffy.
For birthday cake you could decorate with lots of different thngs but kids won’t really notice anything butu the candles until th e y’re 3 or 4.

An open letter to my sonWell, I think the trick is to add the yeast with the water no matter what your machines instructions say. Here’s my fave
* 3 c. of white bread flour * 1 c. of water (about 90 degrees) * 2 tbsp. of bumer * 2 tsp. of fast rise yeast * 1 tbsp. of dry milk * 2 tbsp. of sugar * 1 tsp. of salt
I just throw it all in w hile teh baby’s napping and by the time Ron gets home wev’e got fresh bread. Let me know if you liek this recipe. I’ve got lots more like it! (view post) |
