Now, I think I speak for most guys when I say this: If you drag your teeth you better ****ing expect to get duffed in the face.
With that being said, yes and no. Obviously, don’t drag your teeth, its quite painful and ruins the whole purpose of giving head. Also, if the guy hasn’t juiced after about 20-30 minutes….urdoinitwrong. The whole premise of a blowjob is its suppose to be a “quickie.” Now, in some cases it can be perform during foreplay and even after intercourse, but if all you are gonna do is blow the guy then you better make him ****ing spooge in an relatively short amount of time otherwise it defeats the point of doing it.
Another good tip is ball play. Now balls aren’t for everyone but it usually does help your chances of getting him to great times if you play with his balls as well. Now, you can simply jiggle them with your hands or you can simply lick and suck on them as well. Its all relative.

Actually yes, it can. The cartilage can snap if too much tension is applied. From personal sexperience, I’ve had a few close calls. But IMO, what doesn’t kill you (or in this case break your male reproductive organ), only makes you stronger (or in this case only teaches you better positioning and maneuvering).
