So how long until no one uses the Auction House?Inertia Posted: The Enter key is right over there, and it doesn’t move. It’s easy to find. Really. And if you’re a chronic overkeyer, then just keep one finger on the Enter bumon. That should help.
Also, here’s what I do: For my Primary attacks, I link them to Slots 1-3. I usually want to lead off with one of those when I hit a thread. As soon as the current thread is dead, I just hold down whichever attack is ready, and as soon as the ‘Thread is Dead’ screen shows up, I’ll automatically go into a new thread (so long as the number of the attack bumon I’m pushing corresponds to a remaining thread. So, just by holding down the bumon (not repeatedly mashing it, which is useless), I enter the new thread as soon as possible, and I launch that attack as soon as possible. Then, as soon as that attack shows on screen, I let go of that bumon and hold down my next attack. I never (okay, rarely) get the popup you describe. (view post) |

Should The People Who Grind For Pink Floyd Get an E-Peen?Well, at least now we can answer the question: “How much would you pay for a Pink Floyd?”$9.99 Purchase the Full Body Release BP Package for $9.99 Buy the Shoot Your Wad Cheat three times Run HOFF 207 times (or about 2000 threads) Buy the Un-Cheat Option Enjoy your Pink Floyd Or, actually, cry yourself to sleep when you realize that you lose all your .moar files when you Un-Cheat… unless you only lose extracted .moar files? Hmmmm… (view post) |

Statute of Limitations on Temp BansOrsonScottCard Posted:
I meant that, in general, just because someone reports something doesn’t mean it’s actually banworthy. McBan seemed to be suggesting that ‘someone caring enough to report it’ was significant validation of it as a complaint. I wasn’t speaking to your specific situation. (view post) |

I would like some clarification on the new uncheat optionCrinkz Posted: Because having Alts is useless. No, wait, that’s wrong.
I’m talking about a situation where someone has already purchased Alts, and one of those Alts is a Cheater. So, in other words, I’ve already paid 5+ BP, on a single character, that I’m now willing to pay another BP to go back to square one. That’s 6 BP in total.
Am I saying that this needs to be a standard option? Probably not. But since there’s no inherent advantage to the player in terms of BP expenditure, why couldn’t this be a special request option? (view post) |

Statute of Limitations on Temp BansMC Banhammer Posted: And every report you receive carries a legitimate complaint? I don’t see the logic here. If it’s more than 72 hours, and not a major offense, then anything more than a warning is pointless. Minor disciplinary actions, to be effective, have to be time-contextual. Otherwise, it’s simply Banning for the sake of Banning.
Combine the lack of any ‘hard & fast’ guidelines for how long is too long after a minor offense with the ‘rules not really set in stone’, and it’s a wonder that more people don’t get tempbanned.
But that’s just my $0.02. (view post) |

I would like some clarification on the new uncheat optionI takes away your WebSpider? How do you get it back? And does it take away unextracted .moar files?
Question: My only cheater character is an EmoKid. However, I already have a non-cheater EmoKid that is level 30 anyways. What if I’d like to simply do a full restart with my cheater character, all the way back to Level 1 Re-Re, so I could go for PermaNoob? Could I pay 1BP for that option? (view post) |

Solo Vanilla Scoops Nerfed?@Vuron: Thanks, that was it. Been a long time since I raided with a group.
@Inertia: Because they were the first Klan to invite me, and I had to start my research somewhere. (view post) |

Interesting Use of Primitive TechnologyDoctor’s Log, Quantam-Variance Cycle 21: The current test specimens, #27458 & #27569, have begun to engage in minor aberrant behavior. #27458 has begun to conceal itself in the waste evacuation & personal grooming chamber on a regular basis, but gravimetric analysis indicates virtually no significant amount of solid or liquid waste material being expunged biologically, and yet a biometric analysis indicates some type of discharge has occurred. Also, the subject’s physical appearance after spending, on average, 512 seconds in said chamber, is decidedly more disheveled, indicating that the secondary function of the chamber has not been utilized. Furthermore, the subject’s choice of literary material is confusing. Normally, it peruses a daily information report entitled, ’The New York Times’. However, during the anomalous instances, it instead chooses something called, ’The Abercrombie & Fitch 2009 Catalog’. However, as these instances are become more frequent and regular, we must bumume they serve some purpose. Further investigation is required.
As for Subject #27569, we regret to report that we are still baffled at its behavior. We will continue our research into why Subject #27569 dons the prosthetic mammary glands and dons the intricate and colorful costume, then walks back and forth along the same section of public ground transit for approximately 3.5 hours each Friday night. We believe there is a pattern that determines which vehicle he enters, and a formula that determines how much currency exchanges hands afterward.
Of further interest is how Subjects #27458 & #27569 interacted with one another last Friday night. We do not believe they are aware of our observations, but we will remain hidden for now.

Ah, right on schedule. Specimen #27569, exhibiting signs of fractal causative memory loss, most likely due to exposure to a localized temporal shift, on the quantum level.
Hmm, but now my calculations show Specimen #38725 should be having a mild reaction. I’ll have to check on it.
Please, continue. I’ll be back soon. (view post) |

How utterly delightful. This experiment is proceeding more rapidly than I had hoped, and the results are monumental. With but three total posts in the entirety of your Internet microcosm, I have sufficiently influenced one of you to the point of rabid incitement that you would call for my ‘banning’, as it were. Although it would seem that this particular test subject is more reactionary and inflammatory than the average specimen. I’ll have to annotate those results with this pertinent data, for future analysis.
Continue about your business, please Specimen #27458… er, BaconSupreme, that is. (view post) |
